Terms of Service

1. Services

Collier's Junk Removal provides junk removal, cleanout, and light demolition services including but not limited to residential and commercial junk removal, garage and house cleanouts, estate cleanouts, construction debris removal, and demolition of sheds, decks, fences, and other small structures. All services are subject to on-site evaluation and free estimates.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Collier's Junk Removal are free and non-binding until agreed to at the time of service. Prices are based on the volume and type of items observed during the on-site evaluation. Additional items discovered during the job may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant Collier's Junk Removal permission to access your property with the necessary equipment to complete the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for identifying any items that should not be removed before work begins.

5. Liability

Collier's Junk Removal is licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to work.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule scheduled work, please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
